Online
Please register and place your order online. This will be processed and you will receive a call to confirm your delivery day and estimated time of delivery, if unknown to you.

Telephone
Call our telesales teams: North East 0191 419 4199 or South East 01892 835 093.
Sales lines are open Sunday - Friday.

Alternatively you can be added to our call sheets, in which case you will be called by our sales team at a time and day that suits you, helping to make sure you do not miss your delivery.

Walk In
Ellwoods offer a walk in service, where customers can come to our factory and collect goods. We always have experienced and helpful staff available to process your order and load it into your car/van as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Answerphone
Ellwoods Answerphone is left on at all times when no one is available to take your call. Please make sure, when placing your order on this service you leave your restaurant name, address and telephone number.
